Individual Coaching for expats<\/h3>

Individual coaching is about the issues that are currently on your mind and that you can't resolve on your own. As your sparring partner, I help you gain clarity, make the right decisions and master the difficult phases of cultural adjustment. I also offer guidance around dual career planning, supporting your children, choosing the right school, expat marriage, finding purpose and identity. Coaching for Repatriates<\/h3>

I provide individual and group coaching to support you in the mostly unexpected and underestimated challenges you will face when you return home. My task is to accompany you during this phase and to develop a vision and a plan together with you on how to integrate your experiences abroad into your new life and your identity in your home country. I will also assist you with practical coaching tools to help you achieve your goals.
